We lost Sonny Rhodes on the 17th
Sonny Rhodes Death, Cause Of Death – We are saddened to hear of the passing of Sonny Rhodes, beloved by Browncoats as the singer and guitarist of the #Firefly theme “Ballad of Serenity”. He leaves behind a legacy of music that will not be forgotten. Born in Smithville, Texas, orphaned a few months after his birth, it was thanks to a guitar offered during a Christmas in his childhood that Clarence Smith discovered music.
It didn’t take long for him to perform locally, as far as Austin, and accompanied local stars like Freddie King and Albert Collins on bass. After studying at Texas Southern University in Houston and a stay in the army, he founded his own group, the Daylighters, which in 1961 released a single on the Domino label, usually oriented towards rockabilly.
Born: November 3, 1940 (age 81)

Good players, Narrative driven mostly, post every 2-3 days.
Does anyone have any information on the ship that approached Serenity in "Out Of Gas"? What class ship was it? Any statistical information?
Does anyone know what planet the junkyard where Mal bought Serenity was on?
I was reading the page on Jayne, and it says he's from Caliban...how is this possible when, according to the timeline on here, it hasn't even been terraformed yet? Where exactly does it say this is where he's from?

Hi,
I just started playing Serenity rpg and was looking for additional ships with the specs so I can play with them in my game.
I saw the six shooters and spaceships but I am not paying $95 for it.
Any suggestions for other sources?
Just watched Ariel for the first time and it quickly became my favorite for various reasons but especially the end. Particularly when Mal is about to space Jayne and Jayne asks what Mal will tell the crew. Then he asks him to make something up and not tell them of his betrayal. That is brilliant writing. Such a human thing to say. So real that I wouldn't have expected to see that in an action/adventure type genre. Very insightful and makes the character so real in my mind.
I've heard it said that Mal said it, and it sounds like something he'd say, but I can't find it anywhere, and I'm re-binge watching again, so I thought I'd ask the verse.
Did he ever say, "I know my limits. I just don't pay attention to them."
Despite its short run, Firefly burns just as brightly in our hearts as ever. If the show had gotten the time it deserved, what story lines do you wish Joss Whedon had been able to develop? What unresolved plot lines, or un(der)explored characters, relationships, locations, and lore didn't make it into Serenity that you really wished to see on screen?
Did they know/think that was the end when they made it?

Does anyone know the middle names of the crew?
