Post-FOX cancellation episodes

Even before it aired, Firefly was plagued by unparalleled sabotage on the part of the FOX Television network, beginning with Joss Whedon being forced to air the episodes out of orders to being scheduled in the infamous Friday night deathslot. These episodes were either being filmed, or were already filmed at the time the show was officially cancelled. In fact, Whedon was informed of the series' end as filming of The Message was in progress.
