The Disciples are elite operatives "trained" at The Academy. The group is made up of the most gifted individuals, predominantly teenage girls, of the Alliance.[1]
Their armor, swords, and training are similiar to the Operative's, who himself was aware of the Disciples project, or at least knew of their existence.
