What are the rules/standards at this project for characters who are eligible to receive their own articles? Nobody has deleted Stern, an article I created for an unseen, mentioned-only character, so it seems examples like that are permissible. Also, some contributors made articles called simply Kaylee's father and Unidentified midget, which are mentioned-only characters who—actually lacking names—are one more degree into the realm of obscurity. I feel it is pertinent to point out that at Wiki 24, another project where I contribute, examples like Stern are eligible but examples like Kaylee's father cannot receive articles because there isn't even a proper name to identify them. In my opinion this is a good standard for the purposes of that other project. Is this something that can be considered here?
Additionally, what are the rules regarding seen-only characters who have no names or even lines (just faces). I figure if Kaylee's father can be accepted, we can make up similar names for other characters of note whom we see. Blue Rook talk contribs 00:34, October 20, 2010 (UTC)
