Published in the book Still Flying, Fun With Dick and Jayne is an illustrated two-page short story, in the style of a children's book, featuring Jayne Cobb.
As young children, Jayne and his nauseated friend Dick are killing stray animals, particularly dogs and rats, for an unspecified Port Control. Earning four credits for each kill, they use this money to back their own hobo in a fighting contest known as a "Meat Raffle".
