Guilder's is a shipwright company located in the Eavesdown Docks on the planet Persephone.
After sustaining damages from explosive charges on St. Albans[1], the crew of Serenity took one of their shuttles to Guilder's for repairs. They receieved a loaned shuttle from the company while planet-side until the repairs to their shuttle could be completed.
Company policy is that vessels over a "category five weight-class" or above must present a flight plan. Anything under this, such as shuttlecraft, are not required to file flight plans.[2]
