Hands of Blue 1
Hands of Blue 1 was sent by the Union of Allied Planets to capture River Tam, along with his partner. He is the one who always seems to use the strange sonic device to kill people by making them bleed from the eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. His victims included McGinnis and a wounded federal officer.
Behind the scenes[]
Hands of Blue 1 was portrayed by Dennis Cockrum. The "Hands of Blue" were killed during Serenity: Those Left Behind, when Mal told Wash to "step on it" as they took off, thus incinerating the Hands of Blue inside their ship with Serenity's jet flare, leaving only their skulls.
