Hunter Covington was a wealthy individual who lived on the planet Persephone. He traded in information, data and people; as such he was a well-known name amongst the criminal element of town.
Covington owned a country retreat a couple of miles outside of Eavesdown, in one of the rural areas of the planet. At his mansion, Covington employed his own personal security force. He also owned a private yacht.
Despite his wealth and influence, he was not well-respected amongst the big players in Eavesdown. Badger describes him as a, "...bottom-feeding grifter". [1]
