Taggart's Bar is located in the desolate and barely inhabited area of Eavesdown, where law enforcement refused to enter into unless absolutely necessary. It is here that many illicit deals go down.
The outside is a squat, cinderblock building with graffiti sprayed over its whitewashed walls. The holographic windows humm and constantly short with an erratic and irritating rhythm. An askew, hand-painted sign above the entrance reads "Taggart's Bar and Lounge". The metal double saloon doors to the bar are coloured green, cracked and rusted.
Inside it resembles a typical bar layout with a bar, tables and chairs. In the rearmost arch is a low stage with a karaoke set-up.
