A common neural enhancer as coma therapy but was often abused. better known by it's street names (Capt'n blue,New blue.Ocean trip ect ) It gives one a since of hearing tasting feeling seeing and smelling more than they usual do. Such effects are commonly known as "Bluing" it has many adverse effects if taken repeatedly such as damaging the lymphatic system and causing a bluing of the eyes. Hence the name "New blue" When used as a recreation drug it is illegal and non medical use can be punished by up to 15 years in an alliance prison and a five hundred credit fine.
