Arson was a midget presumably captured by bounty hunter Jubal Early. According to Early, he was "deadly" and "loved fire". Arson is also considered by Early to be the smallest cargo he has ever had to transport right before River. Early tells about Arson to Simon while being in Serenity’s cockpit.
